A number of years ago, the Trust2Connect team completed a meta-study of the ways that people prefer to be treated by others. We tallied up 6 basic expectations, along with 6 kinds of behaviors to satisfy those behaviors...leading to 6 very positive results! These were carefully integrated into our Behavior Matrix.
