Ask questions with genuine interest, and let the answers surprise you.
Doing the right thing is always the right thing to do. Over the long term it increases trust and returns loyalty.
One of the most powerful ways to connect is through the gut, sociologists call reciprocity, and it lives in every culture on planet earth.
Something we should all remember: Wherever you’re going, you won’t get there without trust.
